With BOX NOW COD you can now easily and digitally pay for your ΒΟΧ ΝΟW order, wherever you are.
A. When BOX NOW receives your parcel
You will receive an email notification informing you that your parcel is on its way. This email will include a secure payment link (Viva Wallet).
To complete the payment for your parcel:
1. Click the link in the email; it will redirect you to our website.
2. Select the “PAY” field and you will be redirected to a secure banking environment (Viva Wallet)
3. Pay using a Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, IRIS, Bank Transfer, or cash at over 2.000 VIVA partner locations.
B. When your parcel has been delivered at the locker
You will receive a Viber/SMS message containing:
• The pickup PIN (inactive), and
• The payment link.
To complete the payment:
1. Click the link in the message; it will redirect you to our website.
2. Select the “PAY” field and you will be redirected to a secure banking environment (Viva Wallet)
4. Pay using a Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, IRIS, Bank Transfer, or cash at over 2.000 viva partner locations.
3. Once your payment is confirmed, the PIN is automatically activated, and you are ready to open the compartment.
C. If you have the BOX NOW app
1. As soon as we’ll collect your parcel, you’ll receive:
o A push notification in the app informing you that your parcel is on its way.
o The message will include a secure payment link (Viva Wallet).
2. Select the “PAY” field and you will be redirected to a secure banking environment (Viva Wallet)
5. Pay using a Debit/Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, IRIS, Bank Transfer, or cash at over 2.000 viva partner locations.
3. When your parcel is placed in the locker, you’ll receive an app notification with your pickup PIN.
4. Once your payment is confirmed, the PIN is automatically activated, and you are ready to open the compartment.
